Do you know how to analyse data, and are looking to do more data science? Are you interested in the discovery potential of PTMs?

If so, the In-silico glycomics group at the Copenhagen Center for Glycomics, at the University of Copenhagen is currently recruiting for a postdoc position. We’re looking for someone who loves looking at data, and has experience in either glycobiology or analysing data.

This person will be someone who is willing to dive into data science and machine learning to reveal the hidden language of sugars in biological systems. If you join us, you’ll find yourself right at the center of an innovative center that is collecting all the data we’ll need, and has all the biological tools to validate models to make a serious impact with solutions to this problem. If you’re interested in using machine learning to reveal how the biosynthesis of sugars are regulated, and what they do in the body, you can apply here, send an email to (My surname @sund.ku.dk), send a Twitter DM, or get hold of me on LinkedIn.
